1. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Morey’s Piers, their immediate families, and household members are not eligible to participate. This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

2. How to Enter

Participants can earn entries in the following ways during the Oktoberfest event period:

       - Ticketing:

• • Every ride wristband purchased online = 1 entry.
  • Every season pass holder visit and onsite wristband purchase = 1 entry.

       - Social Media:

• • Follow along with us on our social media @moreyspiers for a weekly social challenge = 1 entry
  • Snap a pic at Oktoberfest and tag us and use #moreyscheers2024 = 1 entry
  • Bonus fun: Post a pic with a giant pretzel or "Prosting" (cheers!) use #moreyscheers2024 = 1 entry each!

       - F&B and Retail Purchases:

• • Register any purchase receipt for entry = 1 entry per receipt.

       - Resort Stays:

• • Any stay at our resorts during Oktoberfest = 1 entry.

       - Onsite (No Purchase Necessary):

• • Visit Morey’s Piers during Oktoberfest and scan the QR code available at the stage or guest services to enter your contact information (name, email, phone) for a chance to win.

3. Prize Details

The following prizes will be awarded during and after the event:

       - Food & Beverage Credits:

• • $10 F&B credits – 10 per Oktoberfest weekend. ($10 Value Each)
  • $50 F&B credits – 5 per Oktoberfest weekend. ($50 Value Each)
  • $100 F&B credit – 1 per Oktoberfest weekend. ($100 Value Each)

       - Merchandise:

• • Oktoberfest Souvenir Stein – 5 per weekend. ($15 Value Each)
  • Assorted retail Merchandise (Mixture of T-shirts, hoodies, hats, drinkware) – quantity varies per weekend. (Ranging from $5 to $75 Per Item)

       - Tickets:

• • Free Oktoberfest ride wristbands – 6 per weekend (2 per day) ($40 Value Each)
  • Water park admissions for 2025 – 10 passes. ($69 Value Each))
  • Combo passes for 2025 – 5 passes. ($130 Value Each)
  • 2025 Season passes – 2 passes ($425 Value Each)

       - Oktoberfest Stay Package:

• • Stay for up to 4 guests in 1 room at Blue Palms during 2025 Oktoberfest, including ride wristbands and $100-$250 in F&B gift cards. ($2,000 Value)

4. Winner Selection

       - Winners for in-event prizes will be selected each Wednesday prior to the Oktoberfest weekend and notified by that Thursday. The specific dates are: September 18, 25, October 2, and October 9, 2024.

       - Grand prizes (water park admissions, combo passes, season passes, and Oktoberfest stay package) will be selected the week of October 14-18, 2024, and winners will be notified by October 25, 2024.

       - Winners will be contacted once (1) via email and when applicable, must respond with the requested information within 5 business days to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, an alternate winner will be selected. This process will be repeated until the prize is claimed. If a prize remains unclaimed after 3 attempts, Morey’s Piers reserves the right to forgo the issuance of the prize or award it at its discretion.

       - Prizes will be distributed via email whenever possible, shipped if necessary, or available for pick-up at the Morey Store on Mariners Pier (3501 Boardwalk) during operating hours, depending on the prize type.

5. General Conditions

This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. Morey’s Piers reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Morey’s Piers’ reasonable control impair the integrity of the giveaway. By accepting a prize, winners agree to allow Morey’s Piers and its affiliates to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Morey’s Piers and its affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this giveaway.

6. Privacy

Participants’ personal information will be collected, stored, and used in accordance with Morey’s Piers' privacy policy, available on our website.

7. No Purchase Necessary

To enter without making a purchase, visit Morey’s Piers during Oktoberfest, locate the QR code at the stage or guest services, and submit your contact information. Only one entry per email address is permitted.
