Wild Whizzer
This family coaster will have families spinning wildly through a wacky summer seascape.
Airplanes
Look! In the sky! It’s a bird! It’s a plane! It’s….it’s…oh, it IS a plane. That’s exactly what it is. And there’s more than one. And they’re being piloted by…..by...kids! Kids in the cockpit are determining how high they want to fly these biplanes through the air as they soar in circles around the pier. Now that's just super.
ATMOSFEAR!
The boom of thunder cuts through the fog as you’re slowly raised above the ground. With each foot you climb, your heart starts to pound faster and faster until you stop rising 140 feet above the ground. You stay there for a second. Once you’re up there, it actually seems a little peaceful. Your heart beat slows back to normal.
That is, until the drop.
Yes, the drop. The 140-foot drop. At 50 MPH. That thunder you heard earlier? Now you’re feeling fast as the lightning that goes with it as you plummet toward the boardwalk. Falling faster and faster until you finally come to a stop back at Morey’s Piers ground level.
Manufactured by Larson Intl., A.R.M. Inc.
The Great Nor'Easter
Unleash the newly refurbished Great Nor’Easter roller coaster. The upgraded coaster now boasts a 95-foot drop, a sleek ocean-themed paint job and 2,170 feet of new and improved track that will deliver a smoother and faster ride for adrenaline-seeking guests.
IT
Sorry Stephen King fans, this “it” has nothing to do with that “it,” but it does have some commonalities: It’s scary as heck with twists you’ll never see coming including massive swings and spins up to 65 feet over Morey’s Piers. From that height, you’ll easily be able to spot every clown on the piers.
Carousel- Surfside Pier
Take a spin on one of our two 44 foot Venetian carousels that feature beautiful hand painted horses, swings, chariots and even spinning cups. Build family memories together to the tune of traditional carousel music.
Doo Wopper
Take a wild ride through zig-zagging turns and undulating hills on this modern version of a classic wild mouse coaster.
Runaway Tram
Happy Feet
Have you ever really looked at your feet? Really studied them? They’re funny looking things, aren’t they? Well, this takes the infinite fun of feet and makes them family-friendly! While you swing you may be so delighted that you break into song, much like the penguins did in the film Happy Feet (no relation).
KONG
The roar is unmistakable. A large group screaming in delight, in unison, as they whip around the air.
It can only mean one thing: The boardwalk beast is back.
For years, everyone tried their best not to talk about the 800-pound gorilla in the room…errrrr….on the pier. The classic Kong ride at Morey’s Piers was beloved by all, but gone too soon. Fear not, thrill-seekers (unless you’re afraid of gorillas) because Kong has officially returned to Southside better than ever.
Fly in the sky as you circle Kong 60 feet above the air in an airplane — hey, doesn’t he have a thing for plucking those out of the air?
Rock and Roll
Highlighted by music, flashing lights, and swinging cars, the Rock and Roll is a sure family pleaser. As speed builds, centrifugal force makes the cars swing farther and farther outward, pushing thrills to the limit!
Rockin' Tug
Families can set sail for adventure on this rocking, whirling tugboat.
